BARC
The British Association of Rehabilitation Companies
A number
of companies providing Rehabilitation and Case Management Services have identified
the need for an Association or Body to speak for, to protect the interests of and
lobby on behalf of Rehabilitation Providers.
Following
an initial meeting in
December 2007, it was resolved to establish an Association representing all
Rehabilitation Companies.
The Association will be
titled :-
The British Association of Rehabilitation Companies (BARC)
and it’s
proposed mission is:-
To protect the commercial interests and professional
reputation of its members through collaboration and
co-operation, whilst adhering
to quality standards.
A meeting
will be announced shortly with a view to electing a committee, establishing membership
criteria and to agree the associations aims and objectives.
All companies providing rehabilitation
services, either through treatment or case management are invited to register their
interest by writing or E-mailing to info@thebarc.co.uk
